Submitted an online appointment request, waited 4 days with no response. Called their office and was on hold for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. Frustrated by their lack of communication, I decided to switch my medical care elsewhere. Their 2.5-star rating is well-deserved - absolutely terrible service that I cannot recommend to anyone.

Over the past few days, I've been struggling to secure an appointment with my general practitioner. My initial attempt resulted in the clinic scheduling a phone consultation, during which the doctor called me a full hour late. When I sought another appointment, the reception simply stated they would contact me to arrange one - and that was five days ago. This practice used to offer quality service, but since the pandemic, they seem to have become complacent and are actively seeking ways to avoid assisting patients who require medical attention. Truly, truly disheartening.

Depending on your submission, you'll either receive a callback from a physician or be scheduled for an in-person appointment. Their vaccination process for children is especially streamlined - after completing the online form, you receive a link enabling you to choose a convenient appointment slot, which I find remarkably convenient. In my experience, using their online form is significantly quicker and more efficient than attempting to reach the practice by telephone.

Neglectful doctor fails patient with serious injury

DR WALKER (GP PARTNER) NEGLECTFUL Absolutely appalling service today... the reception staff were pleasant, but regarding the appointment about a head injury, the doctor was supposed to call at 3:20pm and completely failed to make contact! I even phoned them at 4:30 pm to inquire about the situation, and received absolutely no response... forcing me to contact 111 and finally get an assessment for a concussion... it's incredibly disturbing that their medical professionals allow such negligence to occur.. it demonstrates a complete disregard for patient care and professional responsibility. I urgently want the complaint contact information as this was unacceptable and potentially dangerous!! I ultimately had to visit A&E and was diagnosed with a concussion the following day (3rd Oct), a situation that could have been addressed and managed much earlier with proper medical attention.
