Similarly, even simple inquiries like checking vaccination dates require form submissions, which are arbitrarily disabled midday. I comprehend the necessity of cut-off times for same-day appointments, but the logic escapes me. Why can I request an appointment for two days ahead at 8 am, yet be blocked at 1 pm? Why is it impossible to submit a general inquiry unrelated to appointments? Moreover, the inability of their receptionist to assist via telephone is frustratingly inefficient.
