Disappointing decline in once-great medical practice
I've been a loyal patient at this practice for two decades, and the medical staff has consistently been top-notch. However, the recent shift to online booking has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was repeatedly asked to submit throat photos, which they somehow managed to lose multiple times while failing to respond to my communications. They assured me a doctor would call, but it took an astonishing three weeks before I received any contact. The same frustrating scenario repeated itself when I attempted to schedule another consultation. Their new digital system is completely dysfunctional, and there appears to be no effort to resolve these ongoing issues. It seems that the pandemic has provided some professionals with a convenient excuse to minimize personal interaction and avoid direct patient communication.

Terrible service from our local gp practice
Absolutely impossible to schedule a vaccination for my infant at this clinic. Their booking system is a complete disaster! No online appointment option, and their phone lines are perpetually unresponsive. The lack of communication is infuriating. We patients should unite and demand better, potentially even forcing this practice to close. It's truly unfortunate because some of the medical staff are actually quite good.

Caring doctors but impossible to book appointment
The medical professionals here are compassionate, focused, and excellent. However, scheduling an appointment is practically unachievable. They've now shut down their phone lines and disabled Patient Access, leaving absolutely no method to book except through a "triage" process where the receptionist arbitrarily decides if your concern merits a return call. Even if they condescend to offer you an appointment, there's only a coin flip's chance that anyone will actually follow through and contact you. At this stage, it's futile to continue attempting - better to simply find a new healthcare provider. EDIT: As a punitive measure, I was removed from their patient roster in response to sharing this review.

Worst healthcare experience ever
Absolutely dreadful. Their entire approach seems designed to deter phone communication, and even if you manage to endure their exasperating and lengthy hold recordings, they'll go to great lengths to dodge providing genuine assistance. Booking an appointment is impossible, telephone consultations are out of the question, seeing the same doctor consecutively is a pipe dream, clear answers are non-existent, and no one will take responsibility for the ongoing diagnostic uncertainty. Utterly maddening.

The medical professionals at this clinic are commendable, but it's unfortunate they're linked to such ineffective administrative leadership. The phone wait times are absurdly extended (consistently 15-20 minutes), the front desk staff demonstrate a lack of courtesy and compassion, and I've been struggling for months to secure a physiotherapy consultation, perpetually being informed that the therapist is on vacation and appointments cannot be scheduled beyond a four-week window. Completely unacceptable.

Terrible phone system leaves customers frustrated and unheard
It appears they're deliberately ignoring the obvious telephone system malfunction. I've made numerous attempts to contact them via phone, but consistently met with zero response. When I visited in person to articulate that it's impossible to connect from home, they stubbornly insisted the telephone line works perfectly fine and denied any problems. I even pointed out the numerous similar complaints on Google reviews, yet received the same dismissive response. Unquestionably, this represents substandard service and incompetent management.
