Feedback reveals a deeply polarised experience with significant inconsistency across service areas. The medical team consistently receives praise for compassion, clinical competence, and supportive care, with patients frequently highlighting prompt consultations and effective treatment. However, reception experience presents a stark contrast, with widespread complaints about dismissive communication, rudeness, and lack of courtesy during phone and in-person interactions. Appointment access remains a critical issue, with patients reporting difficulty securing timely slots, misleading walk-in centre claims, and administrative failures in booking systems and callback promises. Several reviews highlight concerning gaps between service quality and patient expectations, particularly around responsiveness to inquiries, communication clarity, and follow-up care. While some patients describe efficient, welcoming experiences with minimal waiting times, others report lengthy delays, unresponsive staff, and organisational confusion that undermines confidence in the service.
The facility's marketing as a walk-in centre appears inconsistent with operational reality, generating frustration among patients seeking urgent care. Communication breakdowns between reception and clinical teams, combined with inconsistent application of policies, suggest underlying organisational challenges. Positive experiences tend to correlate with individual staff members demonstrating initiative and empathy, whereas negative experiences reflect systemic issues around appointment availability, reception courtesy, and administrative coordination. The contrast between the quality of clinical care and the reception experience suggests that service improvements would benefit from focused attention to staff training, communication protocols, and appointment management systems.

Bad!
Terrible service left my child's health at risk
I was directed to this service by my general practitioner since they were fully booked. My son was suffering from an extensive skin rash covering his entire body. I called early in the morning and found only four people ahead of me in the phone queue. The receptionist I spoke with was dismissive and unfriendly. She stated that my son's name would be added to the nurse's triage list and that she would return my call within 30 minutes. However, I waited the entire day without receiving any callback. This is completely unacceptable, as a widespread skin rash could potentially signal a serious medical condition in a child. Fortunately, my husband's workplace provides private health insurance, which we utilized to secure a doctor's appointment later that same day.

Bad!
Worst customer service ever rude representative
I had a phone conversation with a representative who was incredibly dismissive. As the caller seeking urgent assistance, I was treated with complete disrespect and made to feel insignificant. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor throughout our interaction, the employee was antagonistic from the moment she picked up the line. I strongly advise against dealing with this organization unless you're prepared to be harshly criticized and belittled.
