Even with unambiguous medical test results confirming my wife's medical condition, she adamantly declined to provide a sick note and callously asserted that issuing fit notes was not her responsibility. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable and casts a negative shadow on the entire general practice. I emphatically caution potential patients to steer clear of this clinic based on our deeply troubling encounter.

However, I must express concerns about Dr. Shahida. I'm uncertain about her qualifications. Despite experiencing significant foot pain, which other doctors confirmed, she simply advised me to change my shoes without even examining my feet. When I mentioned skin patches on my body and head, her only response was to tell me not to overthink. Regarding my sleep issues, she merely laughed when I discussed them. I caution others to be careful when choosing healthcare providers. Her treatment left me feeling depressed. I have documented evidence of how this GP handled my appointments and medications, and I intend to report this to the Care Quality Commission.

They've erroneously deactivated my account, and despite a month passing, no resolution has been reached. Consequently, I'm unable to access necessary services. Despite undergoing two significant surgical procedures since February, no one has ever inquired about my well-being.
