The service is excellent in theory, but booking an appointment is incredibly challenging! I consistently encounter difficulties scheduling visits, which defeats the primary purpose of seeing a general practitioner - avoiding emergency room scenarios. Waiting periods for critical health checks like asthma reviews, cervical screenings, or contraception consultations stretch into months. I'm genuinely contemplating switching to private healthcare due to the persistent inability to secure a timely appointment.

Dr. Polomcic comes with my highest endorsement - she exemplifies empathy, meticulousness, and consummate professionalism. Despite her limited availability of just two days per week and typically full schedule, she consistently makes space to genuinely hear her patients. I'm completely committed to her as my healthcare provider and wouldn't consider an alternative.

Fantastic medical care at claremont surgery

I relocated my household from Giggs Hill Surgery due to the impossibility of securing an appointment and the continuous exodus of physicians from their struggling practice!! We are significantly more content with Claremont. Exceptional medical professionals and welcoming front desk personnel. Admittedly, connecting via telephone at 8:30 requires patience, but I've consistently succeeded and they've invariably arranged same-day consultations without any legitimate grievances. Overall, an outstanding general practice.
