Terrible healthcare experience leaves patient frustrated and angry

I'd give this medical practice zero stars if I could. It's utterly frustrating to toil hard, pay taxes, and still face incredible obstacles just to secure a doctor's appointment. The online GP booking system is a complete disaster, and to make matters worse, the reception staff treat patients with sarcasm when they struggle with the dysfunctional system. My simple goal was just to consult a physician, but the entire experience has been nothing short of absurd. Rest assured, I will be filing a formal complaint about this unacceptable service.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Consistently denied medical consultation. Impossible to schedule a visit. Their policy forces patients to call precisely at 8am to secure same-day appointments, otherwise you're out of luck.

I'm desperately trying to reach the medical office and it's incredibly frustrating. The doctor called me yesterday regarding my mother's appointment, and I promised to confirm the date today. However, despite my repeated attempts, absolutely nobody is answering the phone. This is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient.

Frustrating phone system ruins potential good medical care

The medical professionals here are excellent, but reaching them by phone is a nightmare. Their line perpetually redirects to an automated message about the Ask my GP service, which plays on an endless loop. After enduring this repetitive recording approximately 20 times, I inevitably get frustrated and disconnect after wasting 15 minutes. The Ask my GP service is utterly ineffective—unless you attempt contact extremely early in the morning, it claims to be closed and blocks any appointment request.

Frustrating phone system ruins medical office experience

I typically enjoy a positive relationship with the medical staff. However, on August 29th, 2023, I encountered frustration while attempting to verify an appointment. The automated phone system, with its unpleasant recording, forces callers through an unnecessarily complex series of steps, making a simple appointment confirmation an arduous task. Up until this point, I had experienced no such difficulties with their communication process.

Disappointing product with multiple performance issues

These products are a complete letdown and should definitely be steered clear of. From subpar construction to underwhelming performance, they fail to meet even the most basic expectations. The quality is embarrassingly poor, and the materials seem cheap and fragile. Every aspect feels like a disappointment, and I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
