Terrible medical practice with dangerous patient care

Steer clear of this place at all costs. Without a doubt, this is the most abysmal medical facility I've ever encountered. They fail to send prescriptions to the pharmacy and discontinue medications without warning. The staff is utterly useless. If I could rate them lower than zero stars, I would. For your own well-being, seek out a different medical practice.

Terrible customer service that fails everyone completely

I've been attempting to contact them repeatedly over the past few days, but no one picks up. This is particularly problematic for elderly individuals who need assistance. Their customer support is absolutely unacceptable. The front desk staff are also incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful. Completely appalling.

The process starts with an initial phone call, after which a physician returns your call promptly between 15 and 30 minutes for a telephone assessment. If required, they'll arrange an in-person appointment on the same day. Truly exceptional. Moreover, all the permanent doctors are wonderful, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. I cannot praise this healthcare facility highly enough and would absolutely endorse it to anyone seeking reliable medical care.
