Brilliant Service

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at my Drs Surgery Clayhall Clinic! The receptionist were brilliant, going above and beyond to secure me an appointment with the wonderful Dr Juincy Cherian which I requested. Dr Jincy's professionalism and quick action were truly appreciated- she referred me to Queens Hospital, and within weeks im having a Tumour removed. I can't thank her enough for her care and expertise. This clinic deserves a 5 star for their outstanding service and dedication 👏

Broken Check-in Screen Chaos at Surgery

The service was utterly unacceptable. The self-registration kiosk was malfunctioning, yet instead of addressing the problem or providing clear guidance, the front desk staff allowed patients to wait in an unnecessarily long line. Upon finally reaching the counter and attempting to explain the situation, the receptionist brazenly accused us of being tardy. Absolutely outrageous. Own up to your clear mismanagement. The bare minimum would be to recognize your own error. This is hands down the most unprofessional medical practice I've ever encountered, and the receptionist is equally deplorable.

Shen's Horrible Customer Service Nightmare

I interacted with a receptionist, Shen (if I recall her name correctly), who displayed an incredibly unprofessional demeanor and terrible customer service. After waiting on hold for 35 minutes, she responded with a dismissive attitude and abruptly terminated the call. When I attempted to contact them again, I endured another 25-minute wait, only to discover that no appointments were available. Her behavior was completely unacceptable - while their service might not be stellar, that does not justify her rudeness. I am absolutely filing a formal complaint about her conduct!!

Quick Appointment Helped After 11 Weeks

I successfully booked a same-day appointment and, despite waiting 40 minutes upon arrival, I was content knowing I'd be seen. The doctor was absolutely exceptional! Incredibly supportive and meticulous in his examination. I was so impressed that I complimented the receptionist about him on my way out. After enduring 11 weeks of discomfort, the medication seems to be effective - I only regret not consulting him sooner. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name...

Sonia was extremely unpleasant when I brought up zinc blood tests. She claims these tests aren't valid, despite me having undergone them. Additionally, Jas was unhelpful and refused to provide details about my hospital correspondence, insisting I schedule a doctor's appointment to discuss the matter!!!

Receptionist Yelled at Me During Registration

I arrived to enroll my daughter today, and the front desk employee was incredibly unprofessional, displaying an utterly terrible demeanor without any justification. She appeared thoroughly miserable in her customer-facing role and continually showed contempt through her eye-rolling gestures. When I confronted her about her inappropriate and disrespectful behavior, she escalated the situation by yelling and becoming verbally aggressive toward me. I absolutely cannot suggest this establishment to anyone unless you're seeking unwarranted verbal mistreatment.

Rude Receptionist Shen Ruined My Medical Visit

The reception team exhibits the most deplorable, insensitive, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered. I am compelled to question their qualifications and the authority they assume in dictating how I should feel and what actions I should take. Patients reach out because they are genuinely worried and seeking medical attention due to health concerns. Being treated with such contempt is utterly unacceptable, and these individuals are fundamentally unsuited to a role requiring interpersonal skills. Shen, in particular, is a terrible representative. She is an absolutely horrendous individual, and I earnestly hope she never experiences the same degrading treatment she inflicts on others. Every interaction becomes a confrontational ordeal. While they claim to reject abuse and aggression, they themselves are shockingly rude and antagonistic. Their conduct is completely reprehensible, and they should be thoroughly ashamed of their actions. If the rating system permitted, I would assign them zero stars without hesitation.

Reception Staff Ruined My Doctor's Visit

Repulsive, shameful, condescending. The staff are atrocious and should never interact with patients. The doctors are acceptable, but the front desk personnel desperately need to learn basic interpersonal communication. Their answering machine message claims they won't tolerate rude patients, yet ironically fails to address the rudeness of their own receptionists. The mere two-star rating and fifty reviews clearly demonstrate that roughly 80% of complaints center on the reception team's unprofessional behavior. They should be completely replaced to improve the practice's reputation.
