Grandfather Denied Care at Morning Appointment

If I could rate this with zero stars, I absolutely would. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. My elderly grandfather was denied a consultation and redirected to an out-of-hours clinic (despite calling at 8am) because they've altered their practice policy to reject patients with respiratory symptoms. Notably, he was just there the previous week regarding this issue, collecting test results from a throat camera examination that had discovered a lesion. As a healthcare professional, I am utterly appalled by this treatment. I'm also fully aware that any modifications to practice policies impacting patient care must be publicly disclosed on their website, which, ironically, hasn't been updated since 2021. I will be filing a formal complaint and will be reaching out to NHS complaints advocacy and the Health Service Ombudsman.

Worst GP service for my license application

The medical staff, including the head GP who conducted my private hire license medical, were completely unprofessional. I paid £120 for the service, but she failed to properly complete the form by omitting crucial stamps and signatures. As a result, my application has been stalled for a year and a half. Transport for London (TFL) repeatedly sends me pages highlighting the missing documentation. When I tried to resolve the issue, the receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and irritated, insisting I bring the entire form at once instead of addressing the missing elements. Their inefficient approach feels archaic and reminiscent of outdated bureaucratic practices, as if they're still operating with the mentality of a developing country.

Terrible reception staff sent me to A&E

I wish I could award zero stars to this medical practice! The front desk personnel are incredibly discourteous. They demonstrate zero willingness to assist and seem determined to avoid any actual work. Although these staff members are not doctors, they arbitrarily decide whether my medical concern warrants attention. The situation was so dire that I was ultimately forced to visit the emergency department to receive the necessary medical care. Their customer service is absolutely deplorable.

Frustrating Wait for Pediatric Appointment

The service here is absolutely terrible! When attempting to contact the medical office by phone, calls are frequently disconnected. I scheduled an appointment for my child, but the doctor never returned my call! I'm uncertain if the appointment was even confirmed, though the staff member did provide a time slot. I spent the entire day waiting. The receptionist is incredibly loud and disrespectful! She seems more interested in criticizing patients than addressing her own errors and enhancing the clinic's service. While the doctors are pleasant, the reception staff desperately need replacement - they behave as if they have unlimited authority to mistreat patients however they choose! It's truly heartbreaking! They receive payment for such unprofessional conduct, and it seems no one is holding them accountable!

Terrible Reception, Great Doctors at This Practice

I'd give this GP practice zero stars if I could! The reception team is incredibly discourteous. They display zero willingness to assist and seem to go out of their way to avoid doing their job. Despite not being doctors themselves, these staff members decide whether my medical concern warrants attention. Their attitude was so unhelpful that I was forced to visit the emergency department to get the medical care I required. On a positive note, the actual qualified physicians are absolutely fantastic - genuinely supportive and personable.

Awful pregnancy care at unresponsive clinic

This medical facility urgently requires scrutiny from the NHS due to multiple critical issues. Pregnant women are receiving inaccurate medical guidance, the staff demonstrate unprofessional and discourteous behavior, and their appointment booking system is fundamentally flawed. Patients must attempt to schedule appointments by calling precisely at 8am, with extremely slim chances of actually connecting, and even then, there's no guarantee the staff will even answer the telephone.
