Frustrating bandage removal nightmare

The phone signal is terrible, with calls dropping abruptly as if the other person has disconnected. I attempted to schedule an appointment for a nurse to remove a post-surgical bandage, only to be informed of a two-week waiting period. I even suggested I could remove the bandage myself, as it seemed straightforward. Instead, I was directed to the hospital's accident and emergency department, which feels unnecessarily complicated. So now I'm heading to A&E, where I fully expect staff to question why I'm there rather than seeing my local GP.

It took 14 days just to secure an initial appointment, and then when I finally arrived, the doctor was 40 minutes behind schedule, which put me at risk of being late for work. To make matters worse, my next follow-up is another three weeks away.

Quick visit turned frustrating and unhelpful

Absolutely dreadful encounter! I visited the clinic seeking a renewed prescription for pain medication and hoping to discuss my ongoing discomfort, but was abruptly dismissed because they claim they only allocate 8 minutes per consultation. They were completely dismissive of my health concerns and unwilling to properly address my situation. Additional inappropriate remarks from the staff have pushed me to seriously consider filing a formal complaint with both the general practitioners and the National Health Service.
