I was there since 2005 , i was always doubting their knowledge in medicine. I was fed with useless medicine treating high blood pressure for long years, keeping pressure high, never trying to give another meds. Blood pressure never changed, saying this is normal. SO WHY I WAS GIVEN MEDS AT ALL!! We left UK, now living in Europe, there doctors discovered my husband had pneumonia!!! When we went to doctor at Clifton road, he was said he have allergy, i knew tis is not the truth, and now i found out that i was right! So, what can i say about NHS. Clap my hands? I can add , here doctors found out i have illness, what i even dont want to mention! Neglected, neglect!!! You damaged our life!!!!!Lets clap hands!!!!!!

Prescription sent to supermarket pharmacy same day

I have always had a good experience with this surgery but this morning they really went the extra mile. A member of staff actually rang me while I was out to inform me about a medication change. When I mentioned where I was, they were able to send the prescription through to the pharmacy there, enabling me to collect my new medication straight away. What excellent service.

Doctors didn't listen to what I said

I would not recommend this practice. The clinical staff seemed unclear in their explanations and I did not find their advice particularly helpful. They also appeared to make assumptions about my situation rather than listening to my own perspective. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.

Practice missed appointment and didn't follow up properly

I'm not satisfied with my experience. I have concerns about the approach taken by one of the clinicians. I attended an appointment that was arranged by letter for my daughter, but the practice failed to proceed with it. When I followed up, they called me at a time I couldn't answer due to work commitments. They then offered a later slot but didn't contact me until after the scheduled time. I feel there's an inconsistency in how punctuality is treated, as patients are expected to arrive on time while the practice itself was delayed in their communication. I also saw another clinician who prescribed medication after researching it during the appointment, which has left me uncomfortable about taking it. My mother was also a patient here and experienced what I consider to be inadequate care. She made several complaints but received no response. When I requested that a particular clinician not be involved in her treatment due to concerns about previous errors, I was told that if I didn't want that clinician involved, I would need to find a different practice. The standard of care seems to have declined noticeably, and I feel the more experienced clinicians have moved on. I would rate this lower if possible, as the situation continues to deteriorate. I am looking to transfer my care elsewhere.

Rather than taking concerns seriously, issues were frequently minimised with reassurances that felt invalidating. This approach was particularly concerning as it contributed to a situation that ultimately required hospital care. The lack of attentiveness and respect throughout the practice has led to a decision to seek care elsewhere.

The finest medical practice I have ever been registered with! Throughout my life I have rarely needed healthcare services and would typically attend appointments only once every couple of years. Over the last year I have experienced several different health concerns and this surgery has been outstanding. They have provided me with same-day appointment availability, arranged referrals to suitable specialists, prescribed exactly the medications I required and maintained a friendly and attentive approach at every stage. I'm normally fit and healthy, however I have a spinal issue and managed to get an appointment very quickly. The clinician I saw for the first time was extremely professional and explained my medication and treatment plan in straightforward language that was easy to understand. Quick response to online contact form

I submitted an online contact form this afternoon at around mid-afternoon for my child who was experiencing ear discomfort following a respiratory infection. A clinician called me back very quickly and advised me to attend the practice immediately. My child had received their first antibiotic dose within an hour of the initial contact! I have been consistently impressed with the care and service my family receives from this practice. The team members are invariably accommodating and the updated appointment system has genuinely streamlined the process.
