Compassionate doctor helped me feel heard

Got seen promptly for my child's appointment. The physician displayed incredible compassion, genuinely listening to my worries and offering thoughtful guidance. I wholeheartedly endorse this wonderful medical practice. However, the waiting area lacks any entertainment for kids and feels quite bland. There's ample wall space that could be better utilized with additional patient resources and information.

Long Wait Times Killed My Hope

The medical staff genuinely attempt to help, but scheduling is a nightmare with perpetually unavailable appointments. Getting through on the phone is nearly impossible as they're constantly overwhelmed. If you're dealing with a critical health condition, you're essentially out of luck and might wait weeks just to be heard.

Tracy's Cruel Treatment of My Crying Baby

Tracy, the receptionist, displays an absolutely appalling demeanor. She had the nerve to tell my 6-month-old baby to stop crying on 12/10/22 after receiving vaccinations, and then proceeded to get right into my two-year-old's face, who was already unwell and struggling to breathe while visibly distressed, telling him to be quiet. Her complete lack of empathy for individuals dealing with mental health challenges is astounding. I cannot comprehend how someone so callous is still employed here. I've never encountered such an incredibly insensitive individual. In stark contrast, Elaine the nurse is wonderful! I'm truly stunned that the manager continues to allow Tracy to work here, as her behavior has only served to worsen my mental state.

Quick appointment and caring staff

I've just become a patient at this medical center and I'm thoroughly impressed. When I called to schedule a consultation, I was given an appointment within the hour. Upon arriving, the receptionist warmly welcomed me, and the physician I was seeing was absolutely delightful. I've also had interactions with the nursing staff, who have been equally compassionate and attentive throughout my visits.

Rude Receptionist Blocked My Urgent Appointment

I stopped by for a referral appointment today... and encountered an incredibly discourteous receptionist who refused to see me because I arrived 6 minutes past my scheduled time. Notably, I was actually waiting outside to enter for around 3 minutes! Upon arrival, I discovered a pre-existing note on the computer system indicating I needed to reschedule, which means I wouldn't have been seen even if I'd been 3 minutes early! The service was absolutely appalling, and the receptionist represents the clinic's public image. My recommendation is that they replace her immediately!

Endless Wait, No Answers at This Surgery

I've been a patient at this medical facility for an extended period, but recently, I've encountered significant communication challenges. The phone lines have been perpetually congested, and I've been struggling to reach them for more than a week. Just moments ago, I managed to enter the queue at position 9, and after waiting 30 minutes, I finally reached the first spot. Shockingly, the phone rang continuously for 15 minutes with absolutely no response. Frustrated and defeated, I ultimately gave up. The thought that this could potentially delay critical health information, like a cancer diagnosis, is deeply concerning. I've reached my limit with this practice and will be transferring my medical records to a different surgery immediately.

Recently, however, some receptionists have developed an attitude problem, acting overly authoritative and creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. While I understand we're in the midst of a pandemic, the overall quality of care has significantly deteriorated. It seems like they might have expanded their patient load beyond their capacity to maintain good service.

Tracey's Terrible Attitude Ruined My Prescription Service

Utterly appalling service. Even prior to COVID-19, every attempt to request prescriptions results in major complications, and I'm consistently denied the medication essential for my chronic condition! Moreover, the receptionist Tracey possesses the most repulsive attitude I've ever encountered and is completely unsuited to her professional role! Everyone I discuss this with echoes the same sentiments about her and the medical practice! The quality has deteriorated dramatically, and I'll definitely be seeking an alternative surgery, which is truly disappointing because most of the doctors are exceptional, but I simply cannot tolerate Tracey's unprofessional behavior any longer!!!

The medical practice maintains an immaculate and spacious environment. The personnel are courteous and maintain a professional appearance. Convenient parking is available, and the facility is accessible for individuals with mobility challenges. A designated area for repeat prescriptions is located in the waiting room, eliminating the need to stand in line. A suggestion box is provided for patients to share their thoughts on surgical procedures or offer recommendations - though it's advisable to bring your own writing instrument, the staff will gladly provide one if needed. Most importantly, the physicians I've consulted here are attentive listeners and demonstrate a genuinely friendly demeanor.
