Would not recommend I am classified as having mobility restrictions, yet this practice has declined to provide home visits, stating they do not offer this service despite their practice management appearing to actively seek reasons to disregard patient concerns about care or its absence. The issues I have experienced appear numerous, and the practice seems overly inclined to attribute problems to external factors rather than acknowledging their own shortcomings in compassion and service delivery.

The clinicians at the practice have been helpful and take the time to listen to what patients need. Unfortunately, the other team members working at the surgery don't always demonstrate the same level of courtesy. Many of them come across as unhelpful and dismissive, with a negative approach to their work.

Easy online booking and flexible appointment times
I'm very pleased to be registered at this GP surgery. I found the online consultation request system straightforward to use, and I received a call the next morning to arrange my appointment. The receptionist was very helpful in scheduling my visit at a time that worked around my work commitments. The reception and nursing staff I've encountered have consistently been friendly and welcoming. One of the clinicians at the surgery is an excellent practitioner - demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, approachability and strong listening skills. Given my background in healthcare and my experience working across multiple GP practices, I'm well aware of the current challenges facing the NHS and primary care services. I'm grateful to this surgery for maintaining such a good standard of care despite these pressures.

Counter staff attitude needs improvement here
The reception staff came across as unwelcoming and dismissive on multiple visits, appearing frustrated by patients attending the practice. During a recent appointment for my young child, the clinician provided a diagnosis that I felt was incorrect for what seemed like a straightforward condition, and treatment was prescribed based on this assessment. This experience was disappointing.
