Incompetent and unprofessional

I have been waiting now for at least 4 weeks for the practice manager to return my call. She is either off or in a meeting. I wanted to speak to her with regards to my frustration over mixed messages about my blood test results with different professionals giving me different opinions on my results which has been worrying. Also one receptionist totally has a problem giving out incorrect or incomplete information.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

I'd rate this zero stars if possible. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance through the surgery's reception, I was confirmed for the following Monday. Upon arriving for my scheduled time, the front desk staff claimed no record of my booking existed and suggested it had been cancelled without any notification. The entire situation is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I absolutely cannot recommend this medical practice to anyone.

Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful doctor

Completely useless to visit this clinic. The general practitioner is incredibly disrespectful. They act like they understand your body better than you do. Appointment scheduling is consistently behind schedule. This time, I waited an hour and ten minutes because the GP arrived late to work. This is par for the course at this practice. I strongly advise seeking medical care elsewhere.

Terrible service and total waste of my time

I scheduled a phone consultation and was assigned a 13:40 slot. By 2pm, no call had been received. When I contacted the medical practice, they claimed they don't provide specific appointment times, despite the clear time printed on my booking. They suggested the call would now be after 4:30pm, which is completely unacceptable. I had already rearranged my work schedule to be available during the originally agreed time. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated so carelessly. My next available appointment isn't until September 11th - utterly ridiculous. I'll likely receive a lecture about missed appointments and NHS costs, which is rich coming from them after their complete lack of professionalism.
