Frustrating experience with poor medical communication

Had blood drawn, and somehow the results vanished. They scheduled me for another appointment, but when I arrived, they claimed no record existed in their booking system. Additionally, a planned skin tag removal was abruptly canceled just three-quarters of an hour before my scheduled time. These repeated errors and lack of professionalism are precisely why I'm rating this experience at the lowest possible level.

Unprofessional and unhelpful medical practice nightmare

On 15/07/25, I was dismissed from the practice for a missed appointment, despite the fact that they had originally cancelled it without notifying me about rescheduling. When I confronted the staff about this discrepancy, they treated me as if I were fabricating the story, even though I possess call logs and text messages that clearly demonstrate the GP practice's failure to communicate with me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PRACTICE! I will be transferring my whole family to an alternative medical provider as soon as possible.

Nightmare healthcare service with zero customer support

I've been stuck on hold as the first caller for three-quarters of an hour with zero response. This is even more frustrating considering I had already attempted contact from another phone line and was technically ahead in the queue. Their level of incompetence is staggering. The staff were completely unable to provide accurate information and seemed oblivious to a recent appointment that had already been scheduled. During a dementia review, the locum physician ludicrously claimed my family member couldn't have dementia simply because of her age, despite her having a confirmed diagnosis for over a decade. I strongly advise against using this service. The receptionists are not just unhelpful, but actively rude and dismissive, consistently failing to communicate correct details. When seeking an occupational therapy assessment, we were bizarrely given a contact number and reference code for an unrelated business in a different area, which had no knowledge of our referral. Absolutely avoid this service. These systemic problems have been persistently occurring for years without improvement.

One of the most terrible GPS services I've ever encountered I've resided in numerous regions across this nation And this GPS ranks among the absolute worst To anyone considering registration, I strongly advise against it The phone wait time exceeds an hour just to secure an appointment in the next two months If by some unfortunate circumstance you're compelled to visit this deplorable pharmacy, you'll quickly realize the doctors are perpetually behind schedule Expect to waste countless hours in the waiting room just to obtain a simple paracetamol Completely and utterly not recommended If possible, I would assign this surgery zero stars An absolute disgrace

Rushed and rude doctor dismisses patient concerns

After enduring a lengthy wait for my appointment, I was finally called in to see Elizabeth. She spent barely five minutes with me before declaring, "That's done." When I attempted to raise another health concern, she curtly informed me that she could only address one issue and I'd need to schedule a separate appointment. I pointed out the extensive wait time to see her, but she responded with notable hostility, sarcastically remarking, "I have a waiting room full of patients... I'll have to tell them you want extra time." I was stunned, as I hadn't even mentioned the primary reason for my visit. Elizabeth left the room and returned visibly irritated, demanding, "What's the problem?" Later, I asked my husband, who was in the waiting area, if she had spoken to other patients. He confirmed she hadn't, yet I felt deeply humiliated and completely invalidated. The encounter left me emotionally shaken and profoundly disrespected. As a result, I've since transferred to a different medical practice. The entire experience was utterly disappointing.

Worst medical service ever total waste of time

Consistently stuck on hold for nearly an hour, only to be informed that no appointments are available for the next two months. Their staff shows zero initiative in helping secure a booking, simply advising you to keep calling repeatedly. This frustrating scenario has unfolded four times in a row. It's baffling why they continue accepting patients when they clearly can't manage their current load. The level of service is utterly disheartening. Apparently, patients are expected to endure this endless cycle of waiting until a slot miraculously opens up!
