Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

I've been a patient at this medical practice since Dr. Khan was in charge, but since Dr. Sha took over, the quality has drastically declined. Whenever I try to call, they rarely pick up the phone, and when they do, scheduling an appointment with a doctor takes at least two weeks. The receptionist, an elderly woman, is extremely discourteous, and I can't understand how she maintains her position. The overall service is completely unacceptable.
