It has become very difficult to secure an appointment at this practice. I have not managed to see a clinician for approximately two to three years. When I contacted the surgery recently to discuss a health concern, rather than being presented with alternative solutions as should be standard practice, I was simply instructed to ring at 8:30 am daily in hopes of obtaining an appointment. The practice only schedules appointments up to two weeks ahead, which feels inadequate. I am experiencing discomfort and anxiety about my health, yet when I communicated these worries, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or treated with appropriate care.

I have found this surgery to be extremely disappointing, with what feels like a lack of patient care. Contacting the practice by phone is very difficult, and I have experienced significant delays in receiving my medications, with gaps of several months for one prescription and several weeks for another. I attempted to use an alternative pharmacy service in hopes of improving the situation, but this did not resolve the issue. Additionally, I have been waiting an extended period for a face-to-face appointment rather than continuing with remote consultations, during which I felt my condition was not properly understood. I would not recommend this practice to others.

The clinical staff have made errors with prescription details and have questioned long-standing medications for ongoing conditions. Appointments are regularly cancelled or rescheduled with minimal notice. I am considering switching to a different practice. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

In both instances, I waited in reception while the clinician arrived noticeably later, closer to 9.30am, without offering any apology or explanation. Both appointments subsequently ran significantly behind schedule from the start. More recently, a family member attended an appointment with the same clinician and experienced a substantial delay.
