Terrible medical care that left me in constant pain
This surgical facility is absolutely the most terrible medical establishment imaginable. I've been suffering from continuous pain since June, and not a single piece of medical guidance or treatment has been provided to me. The front desk staff behave as if they're superior to everyone and demonstrate complete indifference toward patient welfare. Their operational procedures are the most ridiculous I've ever encountered - they're unreachable at 8am, and when you finally manage to connect with someone, they consistently claim to be fully booked and redirect you to call back the next day. I am utterly bewildered how this clinic continues to function. If my health deteriorates or, God forbid, I suffer fatal consequences due to their gross neglect, I will personally ensure this place is permanently closed down.

A truly abysmal healthcare provider. They consistently fail to pick up phone calls, and on the rare occasion they do, they immediately disconnect. The phone line is perpetually engaged, the reception staff are incredibly unhelpful, and securing a doctor's appointment seems impossible. Even when you manage to get through, they're completely overbooked, and I'm baffled how this practice continues to operate. Their so-called 'service' is utterly disappointing. Terrible service ruins good medical staff experience
The process of divulging my personal details in a public setting is deeply uncomfortable. Being asked to share my name, birthdate, address, and medical reason in front of other people feels like a serious invasion of privacy. I would expect them to discretely note these details during the initial phone booking. Regarding their telephone booking system, it's absolutely frustrating. Repeatedly encountering a busy signal (I've personally experienced over 20 redial attempts) is exasperating. Even when you finally navigate through the automated menu and select the correct option, the call frequently disconnects, forcing you to restart the entire tedious process. The medical staff themselves are wonderful - kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. However, every other aspect of the service is completely unacceptable.

How can an establishment like this possibly remain operational! 10/12/2020: Following my disclosure of deeply personal and distressing information to my general practitioner, the receptionist shockingly confronted me about my previous critical online review. Such a conversation was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. These staff members urgently require comprehensive training in core NHS principles. This practice fundamentally contradicts everything the National Health Service represents.

This medical practice has been my family's go-to for years, and I consistently recommend them to others. The surgical team is exceptional, compassionate, and always provide multiple treatment options. How often do you find a clinic that offers same-day appointments when you call? In the rare instance you can't secure an immediate slot, the doctors are responsive and typically return calls within a few hours. If they determine your situation requires urgent attention, they'll invite you in that very day. I've read some other reviews and found many of them utterly disappointing. The reception staff are local community members we're familiar with, and I've never encountered any discourtesy - which I attribute to treating them with respect. I was deeply fond of my original physicians, Mr and Mrs Prasad, and I'm delighted to see the practice's family legacy continuing with Luton's finest medical professionals.
