At Conway Medical Centre, the reception staff are incredibly skilled nurses and doctors, offering a service unmatched by any other medical practice. When you call for an appointment, the receptionist-doctor quickly diagnoses your condition, often eliminating the need for an actual doctor's consultation. These reception medical professionals are exceptionally qualified, surpassing even Bupa nurses in expertise. I strongly advise engaging with them. While reaching them can be time-consuming, once connected, you'll be amazed - they're multilingual and can seemingly communicate in multiple languages, including "doggy dialect." (Note: They're highly trained professionals who can be assertive, so approach with respect.) Be understanding that they manage multiple tasks simultaneously and can become overwhelmed if overloaded with complex requests. Dangerous and careless medical practice that endangers patients
This establishment is a completely unacceptable facility with staff who display unjustifiable indifference. My grandmother sought help for her sleep issues, and rather than providing proper care, they immediately prescribed BENZODIAZEPINES - A MEDICATION I MUST EMPHASIZE IS HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. They administered these drugs without any explanation of potential risks or demonstrating an ounce of compassion. The personnel are incredibly discourteous and irresponsible, and candidly, they deserve zero stars and should be completely shut down. I am absolutely committed to escalating this complaint to the health and care authorities. It's an utterly disgraceful situation.

ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE, the personnel consistently ignore incoming calls, and when they do answer, their demeanor is entirely unprofessional. Repeatedly, these incompetent employees will pick up the phone only to immediately hang up. The clinic's answering machine suggests they're perpetually closed. I'm baffled by the origin of these staff members. It seems they've never ventured beyond their local boundaries, and their communication skills are extremely limited. This medical center resembles a substandard clinic in an underdeveloped region. If you're comfortable with waiting multiple weeks for an appointment, then this is perfect for you. The absolute worst medical practice, I would never suggest this to anyone! The front desk staff are completely incompetent and should be closely monitored and fired right away. This establishment is utterly deplorable. If a zero-star rating existed, it would be entirely justified. What's the point of having a phone if it's perpetually unanswered? The phone rings endlessly - we're talking 5 to 6 excruciating minutes - and when someone finally picks up, they immediately hang up. How incredibly unprofessional. The receptionists exude an insufferable superiority complex, addressing patients condescendingly as if they own the practice. One even had the audacity to tell me, "I don't mean to be rude, but you should memorize your mobile number..." Seriously? Why would I need to call myself? This was after I briefly placed her on hold to provide my details. The doctors, in stark contrast, are exceptional. Throughout the years, I've encountered nothing but helpful, compassionate medical professionals who offer sound advice. However, the administrative staff are completely incompetent. My frustration stems from yet another day of repeatedly calling the surgery, with calls going unanswered for extended periods, and when they finally do pick up, I'm fully expecting them to disconnect immediately.

Mixed experience with terrible phone and front desk service
The medical professionals like doctors and nurses are excellent, but the reception and phone services are utterly terrible. Trying to call at 8:30am repeatedly just to get someone to pick up, never securing a same-day appointment, and staff consistently displaying a dismissive attitude on the phone. In one instance, a phone representative told me bluntly that no appointments were available and no schedule existed for the entire week, then abruptly ended the call. Another time, while on the phone, I could overhear staff members cackling and engaging in loud, immature banter, demonstrating extremely unprofessional conduct. Additionally, while sitting in the clinic feeling extremely ill and on the verge of vomiting, there was no water dispenser or tap accessible to patients within the waiting area. Completely unacceptable.

This medical practice is absolutely terrible and doesn't warrant any rating whatsoever - zero privacy! The Monday nurse is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. She completely fails to properly examine patients, instead making baseless assumptions without conducting even basic tests like blood or urine screenings. The only redeeming quality is Dr. Porsads' daughter, who works at the practice and is genuinely excellent. It's truly disappointing that the receptionists are so unpleasant and rude, which further diminishes the overall patient experience.

Arguably the most subpar general practice clinic in the area. The front desk personnel display an appalling attitude, consistently demonstrating disrespect, rudeness, and a complete lack of care. Scheduling appointments is an absolute nightmare, with frequent last-minute cancellations that disrupt patients' plans. On one occasion, they terminated my appointment the moment I arrived at the clinic, showing no regard for the time I had invested. The cancellation was due to vaccine unavailability, which feels particularly frustrating compared to a genuine medical emergency. Worst medical care ever experienced in my life
Every single staff member displays an appalling level of rudeness! Their patient care is absolutely abysmal... When a woman was experiencing dizziness, her daughter sought assistance, but they heartlessly slammed the door and ignored her pleas... And when the woman ultimately collapsed, they suddenly rushed over, only after her daughter justifiably became enraged. They deserve to have their medical credentials revoked. Moreover, they completely disregard patient confidentiality, freely sharing medical test results with anyone who asks. Additionally, when patients attempt to schedule appointments by calling early in the morning, they either don't answer or claim all slots are full - clearly because they're reserving appointments exclusively for their own family members. This is an utterly unprofessional and disgraceful medical facility that I absolutely cannot recommend to anyone under any circumstances.
