Well organised reception made booking straightforward

I appreciate the surgery's excellent organisation and the outstanding service provided to me and my family. The reception team member was brilliant—demonstrating kindness, efficiency and helpfulness throughout. The clinical staff have consistently shown the highest professional standards. They listen carefully, take effective action, and do so with a calm, kind and empathetic approach. Despite the pressures facing the NHS, this practice has managed change well and I feel fortunate to be a patient here. Thank you.

Easy booking and friendly reception staff

It is straightforward to book an appointment, even during challenging periods, and the reception staff are welcoming and supportive. That said, the car park layout leaves much to be desired and the entrance road is uncomfortably narrow, making it difficult for vehicles to pass each other safely.

Always managed to squeeze appointments in when needed

I have since moved away from this practice, but I wanted to share my experience. Throughout my years of attending various general practices, I have found the clinical care here to be exceptional. The clinician I saw demonstrated a genuine commitment to understanding my health concerns thoroughly and empowered me to take an active role in my own wellbeing, whilst remaining supportive during times when I needed additional help. This practice is clearly popular, which explains why appointments can be difficult to secure, though I was always accommodated when needed. The standard of care provided here is something I will find challenging to match elsewhere. The administrative staff deserve particular mention for their diligence and courtesy, consistently following through on their commitments. The nursing team also impressed me with their professionalism, approachable manner, and evident clinical competence in their interactions with patients.

Clean, spacious practice with efficient reception staff

This is the finest medical centre I have encountered. The facilities are bright, airy, well-maintained and welcoming. The front desk team are exceptionally capable, personable and organised. The practice operates smoothly overall and maintains an informative online presence introducing the clinical team. During my recent appointment, I was seen by a member of the nursing staff whom I found to be excellent. They demonstrated a pleasant demeanor alongside strong clinical knowledge and professionalism. There is a good range of practitioners available and patients have the flexibility to request a preferred clinician. I would strongly recommend this medical centre to others.
