Ultimately, I was compelled to seek treatment at an alternative medical facility, where I received prompt and thorough attention. Unprofessional clinic with rats and cancelled appointments

Absolutely the most disappointing medical practice I've encountered. The general practitioner consistently fails to show up for scheduled shifts, and bizarrely, a pest control worker appears so frequently that they seem to be a regular fixture. When I attempted to reschedule, my appointment was abruptly cancelled without any notification. These doctors are completely incompetent and utterly unhelpful.

Amazing medical practice that truly cares

When I began university, I joined this medical practice and have consistently had exceptional interactions. The staff are incredibly welcoming and create a non-judgmental environment where patients feel completely comfortable. Booking appointments is seamless, with the reception team always accommodating. Typical wait times are around a week, which is standard for urban healthcare settings, and they're great about fitting in urgent consultations when needed. Prescription refills are processed remarkably quickly, usually within sixty minutes. What truly sets them apart is their inclusive approach, particularly towards the LGBTQ+ community, with comprehensive and prominently advertised health screenings. Their mental health support has also been outstanding in my experience. I cannot recommend them more highly - a perfect score of 10/10 ☺️

Terrible service led to painful thumb infection

When I first moved to Manchester, I chose this medical practice. Unfortunately, I suffered a deep knife cut to my finger. I knew I needed to see a doctor quickly, but they were unhelpful in scheduling a timely appointment, causing my wound to become infected. By the time I finally secured a consultation, the GP prescribed a weak antifungal cream that proved ineffective. The infection continued to worsen, and I was only able to properly address my medical issue after switching to a different GP practice, with whom I am now completely satisfied. At that time in 2020, their communication was extremely limited, requiring patients to either telephone or physically visit the office. Their lack of online services and poor medical responsiveness was frustrating. I absolutely cannot recommend this practice to anyone.

To be frank, my interactions with this general practice have been consistently frustrating. Every time I attempt to contact them, the staff seem irritable and unwilling to assist. I've given up on phone communication entirely. I submitted a letter requiring a doctor's signature over two months ago, and it remains unaddressed. When they eventually schedule an appointment, it's after a three-month wait. I'm not trying to be difficult, but I'm simply stating the facts. I believe it's time for me to switch healthcare providers. They might benefit from adding male staff members, as the current team I've spoken with are particularly unhelpful and moody.

Absolutely dreadful service that makes scheduling an appointment nearly impossible. Their digital platform is incredibly frustrating, with poor usability and accessibility. The practice outsources GP call handling, meaning you'll never communicate directly with your doctor. Wait times for return calls are excruciatingly long. This is a pathetic excuse for a medical practice with facilities so substandard that it's shocking they're still allowed to operate. The entire experience is monumentally disappointing and unprofessional.

Unhelpful receptionist destroyed my hope for support

I was desperately seeking an in-office consultation due to lacking a private space for a delicate discussion, and the receptionist's attitude was incredibly off-putting. Every time I explained my weekday availability challenges, she would audibly groan and muttter under her breath. At one point, we agreed on a specific time slot that worked for me, but she subsequently altered the appointment and then denied our previous arrangement. Her unprofessional and dismissive demeanor was so discouraging that I almost abandoned seeking the medical assistance I needed. While I've typically had wonderful experiences with the doctor and have rarely encountered issues with staff, this current receptionist seems completely uninterested in patient care and support.

Google Maps states the clinic opens at 8am, but when I tried calling at 8:40am, they were still shut. I had to abandon my attempts to reach them because I needed to head to work. Their posted hours are inaccurate, and the voicemail simply repeats a message about being closed, reiterating their supposed opening times.
