Terrible service and constant appointment cancellations

This medical practice desperately requires intervention or new management. Their scheduling is consistently unreliable, with repeated appointment cancellations. The reception staff demonstrate a concerning lack of professionalism, frequently failing to communicate patient information to nursing staff or properly schedule consultations. I was ultimately advised to seek private healthcare for my injection after three separate appointment cancellations. As of 26/01/2022, the pattern continues, with nurses seemingly perpetually absent from the surgery.

Worst medical practice ever terrible patient care

I've been stuck waiting on the phone line for 2 hours with absolutely no response. The quality of service is incredibly frustrating, and the practice's standards have drastically declined. This was my family doctor since childhood, and it's heartbreaking to witness how little the staff seems to value their patients. They consistently demonstrate a complete lack of listening skills and display an unprofessional attitude. Their interactions are dismissive and manipulative, often gaslighting patients. Repeatedly, they have committed errors and obstructed patients' ability to receive proper medical care.

Kudos to Luke at reception for his exceptional customer service and positive attitude. He was courteous and made me feel genuinely welcome, not like a burden. It's unfortunate that the rest of the Cornbrook staff don't match his impressive level of professionalism and friendliness.

Worst medical practice ever avoid at all costs

I'm completely baffled by how this medical practice continues to operate with such incompetence. The front desk staff are absolutely terrible - consistently discourteous, obstructive, and prone to distributing incorrect details without any effort to address basic inquiries. The doctors are equally frustrating. During my most recent visit, I requested a blood test, and the physician curtly agreed and then abruptly ended our call. When I followed up two days later, the receptionist claimed no record existed of my appointment, forcing me to restart the entire process.

Worst medical experience ever during pregnancy nightmare

I underwent a scheduled scan on a Friday at 12:15, only to receive a cancellation call at 12:10 while I was literally parking outside. They then proposed an alternative appointment for 10:30 the following morning (Saturday). Upon arriving, I discovered the facility was completely shut. I spent half an hour outside, desperately pressing every available buzzer, attempting to contact the GP - which proved futile since they were closed - and repeatedly calling the scan department, each time enduring a 20-minute queue before hearing a "service unavailable" message. The sheer incompetence is beyond comprehension. Being heavily pregnant makes these outings incredibly challenging, and all I'm seeking is clarity about a potential cancer diagnosis. The level of disorganization and disregard is utterly unacceptable.

Unprofessional doctors wasting patients time and energy

The medical practice's service is absolutely appalling. During my previous visit, I endured a wait exceeding an hour for my daughter's vaccination. Today, arriving at 11:27 within the scheduled 9:00 to 11:30 time slot, the staff abruptly refused entry, claiming the last patient was at 11:20 and they would not accept any more patients after that time. It's infuriating how these healthcare professionals operate with such double standards - when doctors run behind schedule, they offer no apology, but when patients are slightly late, they're immediately turned away and told to reschedule. I'm left wondering: who holds these general practitioners, doctors, and staff accountable? Is there any genuine concern for registered patients? We contribute through our taxes, funding their salaries, yet we're treated with complete disrespect and inconvenience. This is absolutely unacceptable treatment of patients who are already in a vulnerable position!!!!

I've been attempting to secure a referral to a breast clinic for more than a month, and they've directed me to an incorrect facility. They've consistently delayed resolving this issue, causing me to miss potential appointment opportunities. Apparently, a single individual is responsible for handling referral problems, and she's currently on vacation. How can an entire clinic rely on just one person for such critical tasks? Their response is completely unacceptable, and the staff demonstrate a total lack of compassion. I'm seriously contemplating switching to a different general practitioner.

Sitting here devastated, the front desk staff and their manager (Becky) callously directed me to a walk-in clinic at MRI, despite having no doctors accessible to discuss my controlled medication needs following significant surgery. Their treatment was appalling - they didn't bother to learn my name, instead engaging in a 10-minute argumentative exchange without even inquiring about my medical condition. An absolute catastrophic failure in customer service and patient care.

Terrible medical practice with racist and incompetent staff

If you reside in the Hulme neighborhood, steer clear of these medical practices. The staff's rudeness and doctors' ignorance are just the beginning, with constant discrimination whenever I seek assistance, always referencing my Asian background and failing to provide appropriate medication. I contacted the doctor after experiencing a bus accident, and despite not physically examining me, he merely consulted over the phone. His dismissive advice was that if I could walk, there should be no concerns - with no consideration for potential internal bleeding or fractures. Moreover, their prescription quantities are so minimal that repeated visits become necessary, which is financially burdensome for someone paying for their own medications. I sincerely hope they review this feedback and either shut down their practice or replace these incompetent, insensitive doctors who are clearly unfit to provide medical care!!!

Frustrating tb vaccination booking nightmare

I've been attempting to secure a TB vaccination for employment purposes for quite some time, so I scheduled an appointment with the front desk staff. The receptionist seemed completely bewildered by my request, and after placing me on hold three separate times and repeatedly asking me the same questions, she finally managed to book the appointment. Upon arrival, the nurse informed me that Tuberculosis vaccinations are not administered in this region, confirming my prior suspicions. My entire day was essentially squandered in this futile process.
