I was left completely in the dark when the medical practice neglected to notify me about the cancellation of my infant's 8-week checkup and vaccination appointment due to a staff away day on Thursday, October 11th. I endured a grueling journey spanning over 4 hours round trip, which included 40-minute walks each way while still dealing with painful stitches, only to discover the practice was shut. This treatment is utterly unacceptable and shows a complete lack of consideration for patients.

Hands down the most discourteous front desk staff in Manchester, possibly globally! These individuals desperately require training in basic customer communication. When I simply requested a return call, I was abruptly told "no, not today" without any explanation. Upon seeking clarification, the receptionist became even more aggressive. I attempted to provide constructive feedback about appropriate professional language, but was met with a dismissive "that's what I said" response. As a direct result of this unacceptable interaction, I am immediately switching my healthcare provider!

Incompetent pharmacy risking patient health and safety
Absolutely dreadful healthcare experience. I relied on this practice for essential antibiotics following my splenectomy, and they botched my prescription order five separate times. I was forced to essentially stage a small protest, refusing to leave until my medication was correctly processed. It seemed they were indifferent to the potential risk of me developing a serious infection, which is particularly dangerous given my lack of a spleen. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and discourteous. Despite maintaining my composure and even finding humor in their incompetence - after all, writing a prescription should be straightforward - the employees couldn't manage even the most minimal professional pressure. The clinic wasn't even crowded. Fortunately, I relocated shortly after and never had to deal with this incompetent practice again.

I've been a patient at this medical center for four years and have seldom required their assistance, which I'm grateful for. Recently, I reached out seeking a consultation due to a persistent cough and was redirected to a physician who briefly interrogated me before dismissing my condition as non-critical - without even conducting a proper lung examination. When I contacted them again as my symptoms continued to worsen, they suggested an appointment three weeks out - by which time I would either have recovered spontaneously or potentially been hospitalized. Absolutely ineffective! I'm genuinely perplexed about the purpose of my National Insurance contributions...
