Compassionate care from nurse and staff

This GP Practice deserves less than the lowest possible rating. They desperately need a rating below 1 star. I strongly advise against choosing this medical center. Their patient care is utterly nonexistent, and scheduling an appointment is an absolute nightmare of frustration.

Terrible healthcare that nearly cost me my life
CAUTION: STAY AWAY!!! The most incompetent medical practice I've ever encountered, with receptionists who are incredibly disrespectful. They make you feel utterly worthless. The physicians are completely unresponsive, never answering calls or offering adequate medical assistance, and they consistently refuse to prescribe necessary medications when you need them. Your health continues to deteriorate while waiting for help that never materializes. After three days of battling a severe infection, I ended up hospitalized because the GP failed to provide timely treatment IN TIME!!!!

Despite my background as a medical professional and having a 111 GP referral, I encountered an incredibly challenging reception process. The receptionist was an impenetrable barrier, and I was scheduled for a phone consultation a staggering 7 hours later. After physically going to the clinic and persistently requesting to see someone, I was eventually granted a face-to-face appointment. Even after the GP prescribed medication, an additional 17 hours passed without the prescription being sent to the pharmacy, highlighting significant inefficiencies in their communication and service.
