If you're a WOMAN or have a CHILD, steer clear of this medical practice! I strongly advise seeking alternative care, as you'll be treated unfairly, discourteously, and frankly, improperly here! There are two male physicians, with one marginally better than the other from my perspective, but one doctor absolutely disregards women's concerns! He attempted to prescribe medications I cannot take, despite being explicitly informed. He repeatedly told me I was mistaken! He reduced me to tears. He denied prescribing critically needed medication, forcing other medical professionals to intervene. My partner has had to advocate for me multiple times, simply because he's male and therefore more likely to be heard than me, the actual patient! Male patients might fare differently, but as a woman, you will absolutely not receive the standard of care you rightfully deserve!

There's a welcoming receptionist on staff, but the head of reception, who appears to be from another country, displays an extremely unpleasant demeanor. My mother had previously cautioned me about her personality before my visit, and I was sincerely hoping to avoid any direct interaction. Regrettably, when the kind receptionist needed to consult her on my behalf, she responded with complete disinterest and regarded me with a look of utter contempt. I previously enjoyed visiting this clinic, but following this uncomfortable encounter, I will definitely not be returning. I departed feeling deeply distressed by her unwillingness to help and her patronizing conduct. It's troubling to recognize that other patients have shared comparable grievances; clearly, her unprofessional behavior requires immediate attention and correction.
