Disappointing healthcare with poor patient communication

After being registered with this medical practice for more than 24 months with minimal interactions, I've reached a breaking point due to their absolutely terrible handling of my cervical screening appointment. The entire experience was incredibly stressful, and as a result, I've decided to transfer my medical records to a different surgery.

Exceptional doctor and caring staff saved me

Living with Depression and anxiety has been challenging for me over the past couple of years, and I struggle with adapting to new situations. When I recently moved to this neighborhood, I noticed a small medical practice. Despite a sign indicating they weren't accepting new patients, I decided to inquire about alternative options. When I explained my circumstances - that I lived just two minutes away and was within their service area - the receptionist informed me they could actually take me on as a patient. I was absolutely thrilled. Dr. Sayers, my assigned physician, is quite simply the most compassionate and professional doctor I have ever encountered. Exceptional doctor who truly cares about patients

I've been a patient of Dr Sayers for an extended period. While I hadn't needed medical attention for quite some time, the past 6-8 months have been challenging with health issues and two surgical procedures. Throughout this time, scheduling appointments has always been straightforward. Dr Sayers is truly exceptional - his patience and compassion are remarkable, and he never makes me feel hurried despite his incredibly busy schedule. I typically arrive with a comprehensive list of concerns, which could potentially be frustrating for some doctors, but he consistently receives my approach with understanding and grace. I hold immense professional respect for him and feel incredibly fortunate to have him as my physician. His depth of medical knowledge and practical approach give me complete confidence in his care.
