Dr. Jagdip is incredibly discourteous, completely unwilling to hear out patients' concerns. When I called for clarification, he became visibly agitated by having to repeat himself, showing zero patience when I struggled to comprehend his initial explanation. Terrible service with misleading and confusing appointments

I'm baffled why they would schedule me for a 1:30pm slot when they were fully aware they'd be closed for Easter. I trekked all the way there only to find a locked door and a sign indicating they were shut. I felt completely misled and am frustrated about why they would confirm an appointment on a day they were clearly not operating. Update 8th of June. I have an upcoming appointment on the 9th and while double-checking their hours, I've discovered they've once again booked me during a time they're not even open. The appointment is set for 21:00, which is 9pm, and I should have verified this initially. The fact this scheduling error has occurred not just once, but twice, is incredibly disappointing. This repeated mistake has only served to further delay resolving my ongoing issue and has been nothing short of exasperating.

During my most recent consultation, while experiencing intense pain and visibly distressed, his response was shockingly callous and devoid of any compassion. I am genuinely bewildered by how a healthcare professional could exhibit such profound insensitivity towards a patient in obvious distress. As someone who has been integrated into British society for two decades, I cannot help but suspect that potential discriminatory attitudes might underlie the disrespectful treatment I've encountered. If such bias is indeed influencing the care I receive, it is absolutely unacceptable. Every individual seeking medical assistance deserves fundamental respect, empathy, and equitable treatment, irrespective of their origins. This medical practice has consistently fallen short of even the most basic standards of patient care. The profound lack of humanity, empathy, and professional courtesy is truly alarming. Were it possible, I would assign zero stars to express my disappointment. I implore the staff — particularly the physicians — to critically examine their interpersonal approaches and commit to treating all patients with genuine respect. A truly abysmal medical practice that epitomizes poor customer service. Their phone system is a nightmare, forcing patients to endure endless waiting times with irritating background music, only to have the call unexpectedly dropped right when you're about to speak with someone. Attempting to reconnect means rejoining a lengthy queue, with multiple people ahead of you. The sheer frustration of dealing with this clinic is so intense that patients are likely to develop additional health issues like hypertension and anxiety simply from trying to schedule an appointment. If Google allowed a zero-star rating, this practice would absolutely deserve it.
