I recently had a phone consultation with a doctor I've known for years, and today she was shockingly discourteous and disinterested. When I requested clarification about some medical results, her tone was dripping with irritation. While I understand healthcare professionals can get weary of patient interactions, if she finds empathetic communication so challenging, perhaps she should consider a different career path! The reception staff remain wonderfully supportive and kind, and most of the physicians at this clinic are excellent. Unfortunately, one negative experience can overshadow everything else 😟

I spent an entire week attempting to schedule an appointment with this medical practice. My health deteriorated so severely that I ultimately required emergency medical transport during the nighttime hours. Their mobile application remains consistently non-functional, despite their insistence on using it. When one manages to actually connect a phone call, the staff abruptly terminates the conversation within mere seconds. I am seriously contemplating finding a new healthcare provider. This practice appears more focused on creating barriers to medical access rather than genuinely supporting patient care.

He put my child at ease and demonstrated a wonderful approach with children - even offering stickers, which my son loved! He prescribed the medication I was hoping for.
