Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff nightmare

This medical practice is absolutely appalling. I'm consistently unable to secure an appointment despite calling immediately when they open, and the reception staff are incredibly discourteous. Even some of the medical staff display a similarly unhelpful attitude. I'm baffled by how, despite calling right at opening, I'm 19th in the queue, and when they eventually contact me, they dismissively claim no appointments are available and rudely suggest I call 111, which seems to be their default response to everything. Something is fundamentally wrong with this healthcare provider.
