Everthing is good except: onlne booking information.

There are so many links to parts of Medical Websites in this area, I must admit, I have "lost it". If it is posible to book anything online, other that by EmaIi, it is beyond me. It needs to be simple: one or two pages. Not something resembling an Auto-Cad Design Menu. The old webpage was just what was needed. The system now is USELESS! When someone needs a medical appointment, they are not in a mood to fight with a convoluted series of websites. It appears as though the Telephone and sometimes Email is still the only way to make an appointment. Oh! and that Captua at the bottom is the "Last Staw" in infuriating annoyance! I have no idea what is needed and how to do it. The pieces cannot be bend so it is impossible. At the 3 attempt I got one to work. Also: this assumes everone uses a mobile phone and it won't accept my landline number. What if someone does not have one: has anyone thought about that: NO

Terrible service and endless waiting for treatment

Extremely disappointing medical practice with consistently poor communication. Multiple attempts to get callbacks have failed. The sole bright spot is the genuinely kind nurse. Update and Edit after two years since my initial visit - I'm still waiting for promised cyst removal surgery. Constantly being delayed and brushed off month after month. Major issues with the office manager who never responds to communications, forcing me to seek private treatment. I've spent two weeks struggling just to obtain a referral letter, which seems impossible. The surgery appears completely unfamiliar with basic referral processes. They demand specific private healthcare provider names, creating unnecessary complications. When I try explaining the referral process to Spire, they're equally confused about GP responsibilities. The level of incompetence is shocking and deeply concerning, especially considering how vulnerable elderly patients might struggle with such bureaucratic obstacles. The complete lack of responsiveness to complaints is unacceptable. I'm seriously considering changing medical practices. Despite these significant problems, I must acknowledge the wonderful nurses and pleasant receptionist staff.

Confused

Lately, I am always seeing articles in the paper about the need to report skin eruptions that could be cancerous and not to leave them. I had one on my scalp: caused by the Sun . I booked and appointment and was seen by the nurse only: she took a photograph of it. I waited weeks and then went back and they said it was on a list. I have still not heard anything: so was I wasting everyone's time? Was I just reacting to the daily scare column of the Daily News Papers, or was it sensible to report it. I was led to believe early action in these cases saves major problems. Well it won't be early anymore! 1. A further problem this site does not accept my Landline Number. Why should I have to use a mobile number. What if I don't have one? It won't accept no phone number. Well here it is but it is always off ,as I might be driving. I use it for my convenience only. 2. Every time I am forced to amend what I have entered, I have to reset the Captcha

Unacceptable medical care for vulnerable elderly patient

Recommended to a heart specialist who provided consultation via telephone for my elderly mother, without ever conducting an in-person examination. Drawing from my professional nursing background in cardiology, I strongly believe the physician dispensed completely unsuitable medical advice and treatment, which I find deeply unethical and disgraceful.
