Today's interaction was a perfect example of this ongoing problem. I was addressed in such an abrupt and callous manner that I was left feeling utterly demoralized, disregarded, and powerless, all while already struggling with my health. While I acknowledge that working in a medical front office can undoubtedly be challenging and that staff may occasionally encounter difficult patients, these circumstances do not justify the consistently poor treatment I have experienced. Patients, particularly those seeking medical assistance, fundamentally deserve to be treated with basic respect, empathy, and human dignity.

Update. 16/May I underwent a blood draw today. Surprisingly, I experienced no discomfort, which is unusual for me. I believe the phlebotomist's name was Josh. He demonstrated remarkable politeness and made me feel at ease. I continue to be thoroughly satisfied with this medical practice. My sincere appreciation to the entire team. For three consecutive days, I've been battling a miserable combination of symptoms: a persistent cough, congested nasal passages, and aching muscles. Each day brings a throbbing headache, accompanied by a high fever and a cough so intense it completely disrupts my sleep. When I reached out for assistance, I was simply directed to the pharmacy. What possible help could that provide? Three days ago at the pharmacy, they instructed me to contact my doctor. This, apparently, is their version of medical support. To make matters worse, I work in food service and am currently unable to work due to illness. No one even bothered to inquire about my need for medical leave. The whole situation feels like a cruel joke. Am I really expected to believe that ibuprofen and water are a comprehensive treatment? That somehow drinking water and taking ibuprofen will magically cure my cough and fever? Or that these same remedies will miraculously heal my sore muscles? This approach to treatment is utterly incomprehensible and unlike anything I've ever encountered before.
