I felt compelled to share this to illustrate that NHS healthcare can indeed be exceptional... We're supporting an elderly, immobile 90-year-old relative with complex health challenges, and Dr. Niman has been our trusted physician for decades. He's been instrumental during critical moments - first when she suffered a spinal fracture, and now through her recent cancer diagnosis. His responsiveness to our calls, swift referral processing, and medication prescriptions have been remarkable, all accomplished within a mere fortnight. Absolutely precise with COVID and flu vaccinations. His home visits and comprehensive assessments have been tremendously supportive. Though I'm hesitant to burden him, he remains consistently patient and compassionate. Jean deeply values his care. The accompanying nurse was also exceptionally helpful. An outstanding medical practice overall. We're truly fortunate to be in Dorset.

I've been a patient at this medical practice for an extended period, and every single staff member, from the front desk to the clinical team, is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Recently, I underwent spinal surgery and needed to coordinate some specific arrangements. I was advised to contact the surgery for assistance. The response was incredibly prompt - the receptionist was helpful, and the doctor called me back in under thirty minutes to thoroughly discuss and organize everything. I am truly appreciative of their exceptional care and support. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured during my recovery process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Mixed feelings about my heart care journey

I have a mixed perspective on this medical practice. Since 2004, I've been dealing with cardiac issues, and about a year ago, my general practitioner suggested discontinuing my heart medication and other prescriptions. The eagerness in her eyes when discussing removing my essential medications made it clear to me that "they have no genuine concern for my well-being." Additionally, I recently failed a Personal Independence Payment assessment, and I strongly suspect this medical practice might have played a role in that outcome. Apart from these concerns, my feelings are complicated.

Quick and efficient vaccine experience

I scheduled a flu vaccination for Saturday, and upon arrival, I was promptly administered the shot. Additionally, they offered me the COVID vaccine, which I gladly accepted. I was truly impressed by their efficient approach of addressing two health preventive measures simultaneously.

My child was seen by a different doctor who conducted a comprehensive examination and provided excellent guidance. Worst healthcare experience ever avoid at all costs

Can't get anyone on the line, absolute nightmare service, and the front desk staff seems to enjoy picking on customers when they're already stressed. Zero empathy for patient well-being. You might as well travel halfway around the world for medical care - it would probably be more pleasant and professional.

Both the compassionate clinical support assistants who handled my phone inquiries and the exceptional doctor who conducted my consultations were outstanding. The support team was attentive, soothing, and prompt in their responses. The physician was thorough, consistently checked on my condition, and made certain I received appropriate medical care. While the digital NHS app platform functions smoothly, the practice maintains a wonderfully personal touch. Their post-treatment follow-up is also impressively comprehensive. An excellent healthcare facility.
