Once held Providence in high regard, but their standards have noticeably dropped. They seem eager to avoid assisting customers and are dismissive of any issues raised. The majority of their staff come across as impatient and solely focused on ending calls as rapidly as possible.

As the caregiver for my aging parents who are patients at this medical practice, I cannot praise their econsult service enough. Every time I've used it, I've received a callback within the same day, frequently just an hour after my initial contact. Today, we had the privilege of consulting with Michelle, a nurse practitioner, and the experience was truly exceptional. Meeting her felt like connecting with a close friend - she is undoubtedly a tremendous resource for this surgery. Michelle's approach with my 90-year-old father was remarkable; she demonstrated genuine respect and communicated with remarkable clarity. I sincerely hope Michelle sees this feedback, as she absolutely merits recognition for her outstanding compassionate care. Unprofessional doctor destroyed my mental health hope

Despite past positive experiences with the staff, my interaction with a previous doctor regarding serious mental health concerns was deeply distressing. Instead of providing compassionate support, he suggested I simply modify my behavior and conform to societal expectations—a dismissive approach that completely missed the complexity of my struggles. I felt utterly invalidated and misunderstood. The doctor appeared disinterested in truly listening, constantly redirecting the conversation and avoiding my core issues. His demeanor was cold, unempathetic, and almost mocking, which left me feeling even more isolated and hopeless. This traumatic encounter has fundamentally eroded my trust in mental health professionals. I now feel compelled to manage my mental health challenges independently, as his lack of genuine care made me feel more abandoned than supported—to the point where his "help" felt as harmful as being handed a metaphorical noose.

My experience with this medical practice has been absolutely dreadful. The front desk personnel exude pure arrogance. Getting an actual in-person consultation is impossible, and their telephone appointments consistently run hours behind schedule. When patients attempt to voice legitimate concerns, the staff responds with hostile intimidation, sending threatening letters warning about potential removal from their practice and potential blacklisting at other medical facilities. I strongly advise anyone to completely avoid Crescent Providence Surgery in Bournemouth.

Worst medical practice ever. I attempted to schedule an appointment last week and was number 29 in the queue, spending 50 minutes on hold with no response. When I arrived today at 8:35 am, they claimed to have booked me a telephone consultation, but no call was made. This is how they mistreat their patients, showing absolutely no consideration. I plan to seek guidance from the Citizens Advice Bureau in Bournemouth. I cannot comprehend why I cannot secure an appointment when physically present at 8:35 in the morning. It's a complete embarrassment.

Terrible gp ignored my health problems completely

Throughout my time as a patient at this general practice, my health concerns have consistently been dismissed! Two years back, my carpal tunnel syndrome was overlooked, and now I've permanently lost sensation in my fingers despite being young, and I'm awaiting surgery thanks to the Poole hospital's hand therapy department... my migraines were disregarded, persistent exhaustion, and the doctors never investigate the underlying causes, simply brushing everything aside... according to the physician, if blood tests appear normal, there's no need to explore further. Today I consulted the doctor with a persistent low-grade fever and a sore throat, I'm losing my voice, feeling unwell most of the time, and was told they have no solution for my condition. Terrible! This is absolutely the most inadequate general practice I've ever encountered!
