Attempted to contact the business repeatedly over two consecutive days - 66 calls yesterday and 29 calls the day before - with zero success in reaching anyone. Completely unable to schedule an appointment due to their total lack of responsiveness.

Incompetent clinic wastes time and causes patient frustration

I visited the clinic for a diabetes screening, only to be confronted with accusations that I had cancelled my appointment - which I absolutely did not do. They stubbornly maintained their claim, proving themselves completely incompetent. I wouldn't even suggest this medical practice to someone I deeply dislike. A similar frustrating incident occurred today, 26/09/23, when I arrived at 9:00am for a blood test that the surgery had scheduled. I never requested this appointment; they called me on 19th August stating I needed a blood test and subsequently booked me in for today. Upon meeting the nurse, I was informed that no test was actually required. Not a single word of apology was offered for this entire disorganized mess.

Terrible service and unhelpful staff nightmare

If you phone at 8:30, you're positioned as caller number 27. To get help, you must contact reception first thing in the morning, or else you'll be stuck waiting a month for someone to return your call. And to make matters worse, the staff member was incredibly discourteous. What kind of service is this?!?!

Exceptional care when i needed it most

I enrolled with the medical practice right after being released from the hospital following multiple complex surgeries, during which I was in a very fragile condition. The administrative personnel and healthcare professionals were absolutely exceptional in addressing all of my requirements and questions. They were instrumental in nursing me back to full health.
