Dr routledge saved my medical visit

Dr N Routledge is an exceptional physician, and he's the sole motivation behind my visits to this medical practice. I wholeheartedly award him 5 stars ⭐ and would enthusiastically recommend him to others. He is truly an outstanding professional. However, I'm compelled to rate the overall experience at just 1 star due to the receptionist - a mixed-race woman with striking eye color who represents the epitome of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Her demeanor is shockingly unwelcoming; she refuses to make eye contact or even acknowledge patients during interactions, creating an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere. I can't help but suspect her attitude might be racially motivated, as her behavior seems markedly different when dealing with non-Asian or non-Muslim patients. As an Asian Muslim with a beard, I feel particularly singled out by her dismissive and discriminatory conduct.

My absolute favorite general practitioner has departed from Cricklewood Health Centre, which is truly disappointing. She was simply unparalleled in her medical care.

This is a ghost surgery It’s only two receptionist who are there to shine No face to face appointments available and over phone consultation takes ages so you may die before they call you They offer you a “advanced “ nurse appointment and believe it’s the same as doctor Next they gonna book you appointment with the cleaner Very disappointing place Waste of taxpayers money

Previously, the lead receptionist exhibited an extremely unpleasant demeanor. Now, the current team is delightful. The medical professionals are exceptional, with Dr. Sawacha standing out for her remarkable patient care, dedication, and compassionate approach.
