I visited two different general practitioners complaining of various symptoms including discomfort, a slow heart rate, and intense anxiety. Both doctors attributed my issues to anxiety and muscular problems, dismissing my concerns without conducting any diagnostic tests or physical examinations. After switching medical practices, I underwent blood tests that revealed a vitamin B12 deficiency, and I've since received excellent anxiety treatment. It is unacceptable for a healthcare professional to make judgments based on a patient's age, gender, or body type. These general practitioners treated me as though I was an inconvenience, and I am deeply disturbed by their callous and indifferent approach to my health concerns.

Dismissive doctors wrecked my health journey

I previously received care at this medical practice that was utterly disrespectful. Dr. Justin Joseph hastily diagnosed me with IBS via telephone, completely disregarding the standard diagnostic protocols outlined by NICE guidelines. This occurred while I was attempting to discuss my excruciating menstrual pain. Five years later, I'm still having to clarify to medical professionals that I was never properly assessed or examined regarding this diagnosis. Dr. Dhar dismissively attributed my chronic pain to my weight and categorically refused to investigate or provide any meaningful assistance. This medical practice is genuinely incompetent. I strongly advise avoiding them, or you'll be spending years rectifying their negligent errors.

I signed up with this medical practice 12 months back, and I'm truly impressed by their exceptional care. Shortly after registering, I was quickly scheduled for comprehensive health screenings including blood, bowel, breast, and cervical tests. Dr Drew offers convenient telephone consultations and is incredibly compassionate and professional, providing outstanding guidance and genuinely listening to my concerns. When I came in with a severe cold, I received same-day GP care. After being diagnosed with osteoarthritis, I was immediately referred for walk-in X-rays, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Health Therapy, plus received necessary medical equipment. Prescription requests are handled smoothly without any bureaucratic obstacles. The pharmacy's extended hours until 9pm are an added bonus! My relatives and friends in other areas are astounded by the quality of healthcare I receive, especially since they struggle even to book a basic doctor's appointment.

Dr Drew dismissed all my health concerns. He shouldn’t be allowed to practice, clearly in the wrong job. I’ve heard similar stories about him from several people since discussing my experience with others.

I submitted my referral document from February 20th to the medical office front desk and was informed I would get a call back from the physician's administrative staff. However, no call has been received, and after sending a follow-up email ten days ago (and now it's already April), I've still heard nothing. This lack of communication is truly frustrating.

Terrible ear spray left me in tears

Went to see Dr. Drew for intense discomfort and was given an ear spray. I left the office in tears, overwhelmed by the unbearable pain. When I inquired about potential alternative treatments if the spray didn't work, his dismissive response was simply "I don't know" before hastily ushering me out. I've been a patient at Crown House for years and only seek medical attention when absolutely necessary. Right now, I'm experiencing unimaginable suffering.
