I wish to highly recommend Crown Street Surgery's Doctors, Nurses and staff. I have always received the best treatment and care from them. Dr Anil Sagar has been my saviour over the past 10 months. I first saw him last January where he miraculously stopped my severe pain in my knee with an injection. He is so kind and an excellentdoctor. I have again had to call on his services again and as before he gently gave me another knee injection and the pain has now gone. All the staff there are really professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this surgery for anyone wishing to join a very caring practice.

Absolute nightmare of a medical experience. I had been a patient with this practice for over two decades until a devastating moment in 2012 when my wife suffered a miscarriage and was callously denied medical attention. Overwhelmed with grief and frustration, I confronted the receptionist loudly. Subsequently, I received a communication accusing me of harassment, which was completely unacceptable given the traumatic circumstances.

I've been associated with this medical practice for a while now, and my satisfaction has been steadily declining. My routine repeat prescription consistently vanishes from the digital platform, disrupting my ability to reorder automatically. When I attempt to address this issue with reception, the staff demonstrate an attitude that is dismissive and discourteous, seemingly viewing my request as an imposition. Even though my prescription originates from a hospital specialist, I'm compelled to schedule redundant consultations with a GP, which is both frustrating and wasteful of my time. During my subsequent visit, the physician himself expressed bewilderment, acknowledging that the prescription matter could have been resolved via a simple telephone conversation. The overall quality of service at this practice is clearly deteriorating, and the unprofessional conduct of the front desk personnel is thoroughly unacceptable. I sincerely hope they will take steps to rectify these ongoing problems.
