Impossible to get an appointment, the front desk staff are absolutely terrible. This clinic is so incompetent that it should be shut down immediately. The physicians demonstrate zero competence or ability to provide proper medical care. You would receive far superior treatment at literally any other healthcare facility!!!!!

Deadly delay led to stage 4 cancer nightmare

My spouse was expectorating blood. Reached out to the medical practice for a physician consultation. Only managed to communicate with the front desk staff. Received a callback where a nurse prescribed antibiotics. She seemed unconcerned about the symptoms. This occurred in August, prompting us to switch healthcare providers. Today, December 22nd, my husband met with a specialist following extensive testing, resulting in a stage 4 lung cancer diagnosis. This medical practice is completely incompetent, and we intend to pursue legal action for their negligent care. Anyone prioritizing their health should absolutely seek treatment elsewhere.

Terrible medical care that nearly destroyed my health

This medical facility is an absolute nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The front desk staff act as gatekeepers, arbitrarily deciding who's "sick enough" to receive medical attention. When I was suffering from an excruciating UTI that completely immobilized me for seven days, their response was shamefully inadequate. Janette's dismissive advice to "wait a few days" was dangerously negligent - I should have been rushed to the emergency room. This is hands-down the most incompetent and unprofessional healthcare provider I've ever encountered. If the rating system allowed it, I'd mark them below zero stars without hesitation.
