Dr. Salvarajan truly stands out as a compassionate and genuine healthcare provider. He genuinely listens and demonstrates real empathy towards my medical concerns. Unlike other physicians I've encountered, he has gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the appropriate care and support. The front desk staff, Jeannette and Saeed, are equally commendable - always courteous and supportive. I wish more medical professionals approached their work with the same dedication and commitment as this doctor. Sure, I might have misspelled his name, but that's irrelevant - what matters is he's a dedicated solo practitioner doing everything possible to help his patients. People should appreciate his efforts instead of being critical.

Total embarrassment! Arrived for a 'walk-in' appointment at 9:55 (which was scheduled to start at 10:30) and was informed by the receptionist that the 'walk-in' was completely full. The waiting area was practically vacant, with just one woman and her children, and myself present. I'm switching to a different general practitioner and will be filing an official complaint with the National Health Service.

Incompetent doctor failed my suffering newborn baby

Dr. Silveragen is absolutely the most incompetent physician I've ever encountered. He was completely unhelpful when I brought in my 8-week-old infant who was constantly crying. His dismissive response was that she was merely a fussy baby seeking attention. What kind of medical professional would make such a callous statement without thoroughly investigating my concerns? I knew something was genuinely wrong with my child and she was in distress, but he simply waved off my worries. He sent me away, claiming she was healthy and just wanting attention. Frustrated and worried, I was forced to take her to the emergency room, where she was immediately admitted for a serious medical condition. The hospital staff were astounded that Dr. Silveragen had done absolutely nothing to address her real health issue.

Worst medical experience of my miserable life

This is hands-down the most abysmal general practice medical center I've ever been unfortunate enough to be associated with. The only method to secure same-day medical attention is through their walk-in clinic, which requires you to show up at 9:45 AM even though services don't commence until 10:30. You're guaranteed a minimum 45-minute wait, irrespective of the clinic's occupancy. What an absolutely fantastic scenario when accompanying small, unwell children... Additionally, the waiting area reeks of a stale, unpleasant odor.

My mother was improperly evaluated by Dr. Silverajan and experienced facial complications. He persistently refuses to acknowledge her knee condition as arthritis, despite other medical professionals (such as dermatologists) confirming she has pseuritic arthritis. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the clinicians, though the nursing staff genuinely make an effort to help. Fundamentally, this is a deeply flawed clinic with a lead physician whose primary motivation appears to be financial gain, deliberately avoiding patient referrals to additional services. 👎

Absolutely dreadful medical practice in Bolton. On multiple occasions, I've consulted the doctors here and consistently received incorrect diagnoses. I recall one particular instance with Nurse Janet when I was experiencing chest pains, and she ludicrously claimed I had 'dislocated my shoulder' - which makes no sense, as someone with a dislocated shoulder would clearly be in the emergency room, not a GP's office. I'd honestly prefer to endure an illness than step foot in this establishment. Thankfully, I've since transferred to another surgery that provides significantly superior care.

On January 8th, I contacted the clinic to schedule a GP consultation. I explained that Mondays work best for me due to being off work, avoiding rush hour and potential delays on the M60. The receptionist noted this and booked me for January 22nd, which I accepted. However, at 10am on the appointment day, I was informed the appointment needed rescheduling because the nurse was absent. Puzzled, I questioned why I was assigned a nurse appointment when I specifically requested a GP. The staff member's response was a vague "I don't know." She then suggested rearranging for 7pm on Tuesday, which I declined as I work until 6:30pm. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Honestly, even a single star rating feels overly generous for such poor service.

This medical practice is absolutely terrible. The doctors are completely unavailable, and the main physician is currently under investigation. If you want an appointment, you'll be waiting around two weeks. The only bright spot is Janet and the reception team. As soon as I can switch to a different doctor, I'm filing a formal complaint with the medical board. Plus, they're still accepting new patients despite all these issues.
