Unhelpful doctor fails to address serious back pain
Recently, I visited my general practitioner due to persistent discomfort in my back and upper chest area. The pain felt like trapped gas, making it impossible to sleep. I was struggling to burp, and my stomach felt swollen. Whenever I coughed, my abdomen felt tender and painful. I explained my symptoms to the doctor, who recommended purchasing paracetamol for pain relief and aboniki rub to apply to the affected area. I mentioned that I had already been taking paracetamol without significant improvement. As a result, he advised me to schedule a blood test at the reception. The test is set for Friday, but it's currently Monday. The paracetamol continues to provide no relief, leaving me uncertain about how to manage my symptoms. Extremely disappointed!

I've been a patient at this medical practice for more than four years. To be frank, I was on the verge of switching providers due to their subpar customer service. Terrible medical practice with zero patient care
This medical practice is absolutely the most terrible GP clinic I've ever encountered and should be shut down without delay. The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous and completely unprofessional. They have repeatedly embarrassed patients who struggle with English communication. Securing an appointment is exponentially more challenging than scaling Mount Everest. During every visit, I'm forced to wait nearly an hour to see a physician, and the receptionists offer zero explanation for the excessive delay, simply claiming ignorance. The doctors are entirely dismissive and refuse to genuinely listen to patient concerns. Instead of prescribing necessary medications, they consistently recommend over-the-counter alternatives. Consultations are rushed, lasting a mere four or five minutes before they hurry you out. They demonstrate zero respect and effectively make patients feel entirely worthless.

It's virtually unattainable to secure a consultation - they seemingly limit themselves to just 15 daily slots! You ring precisely at 8am and find yourself 18th in line, only to be instructed to try again tomorrow... with the identical frustrating scenario repeating itself. I estimate there are approximately 3 physicians currently staffing the practice - which translates to 5 appointments each. Consultations are 10 minutes long. That amounts to merely 50 minutes of actual patient time. While I understand the need to reserve slots for urgent cases and administrative tasks, there's absolutely no justification for this consuming 7 entire work hours. Are these doctors operating on half-day schedules?! There's zero capability to schedule appointments in advance. Instead, you're compelled to call simultaneously with numerous other patients, with only the first 15 successfully obtaining a slot. The entire system is completely absurd. Their website features a contact form, but they consistently ignore submissions and emails. You receive texts directing you to book via an app, yet this particular medical practice doesn't even have an app. Furthermore, should you miraculously secure an appointment, it'll be a telephone consultation with zero indication of when precisely they might call. No 4-hour window, no morning/afternoon specifics - potentially anytime between 8:30am and 6:30pm. My interactions with the medical staff have been positive... when I can actually manage to get an appointment.

Worst medical practice ever terrible service
Attempting to secure a medical consultation at this practice is utterly absurd. Must one be on the brink of a medical emergency to actually see a general practitioner?! This completely undermines the entire purpose of having a local surgery. They instruct patients to call at 8am, but calling precisely at 8am means being stuck on hold until 9am, and past 9am they'll dismissively tell you to try again the next morning. If you're fortunate enough to book an appointment, it's merely a phone consultation scheduled 3-4 weeks out - you could practically expire while waiting. This is my experience, and I'm definitively switching practices, hoping the next one demonstrates even a modicum of competence compared to this current disaster.

However, no feedback was ever provided, and the same staff member remained employed just days later. The physicians demonstrate shocking indifference to patient welfare, prioritizing rapid patient throughput over quality care. Despite consistent 2-hour delays during my decades of visits, they rush consultations. When I vocalized pain during an examination, one doctor callously declared "it doesn't hurt" and others systematically overlooked clear physical and psychological health indicators, leaving me suffering untreated for years. Dr. Olivia Andan stands as the sole compassionate professional in this otherwise incompetent practice. I am utterly frustrated with this medical practice! Their communication channels are completely ineffective. They consistently fail to pick up phone calls. We were left waiting for over two hours with absolutely no response. In a potential emergency situation, what purpose does a medical facility serve if they won't even answer a basic phone call? It's crucial to take proper action when dealing with health matters, as these are not trivial concerns. Without adequate staff, communication protocols, or responsiveness, I fail to understand how they can even call themselves a legitimate surgery center. I implore them to provide at least a specific timeframe for patient contact if they cannot manage to answer calls in real-time. Getting an appointment by phone has always been challenging, and with covid, the situation has worsened. The line is perpetually busy, and on the rare occasion you actually connect, you're informed you're 14th in line waiting!
