Patient feedback for this practice reflects a deeply divided experience. Appointment access remains a significant barrier, with many patients reporting difficulty reaching the surgery by phone, extended hold times, and limited availability of same-day slots. When appointments are secured, patients frequently encounter long waiting times before being seen. Reception experience varies considerably, with some patients praising courtesy and professionalism while others describe staff as dismissive or unhelpful. Communication challenges extend beyond phone access to include unclear information about appointment timing and unresponsive email contact methods.
Where patients successfully access care, experiences with clinical staff are often positive, with many noting attentive listening, thorough explanations, and compassionate approaches. However, some patients report rushed consultations and concerns about the quality of clinical assessment. A notable recent development is the introduction of digital booking and online consultation systems, which several patients have found significantly more accessible and responsive than traditional phone-based methods, with same-day responses reported in some cases.
The practice appears to be in transition, with improvements in digital service delivery contrasting sharply with ongoing challenges in phone accessibility and appointment availability. Patient satisfaction appears closely linked to whether they can navigate the booking system and whether they encounter individual staff members known for attentiveness, rather than consistent service standards across the practice.

Poor!
Dangerous doctors who don't care about patient health
The absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to medical professionals. These practitioners display such profound disinterest and animosity towards their work that it seems they're serving under duress. Choosing this medical practice is tantamount to gambling with your personal safety. You're essentially compromising your long-term health by seeking treatment here. I fully anticipate being struck from their patient roster for sharing this candid assessment. They've already systematically purged all previous critical feedback. Steer clear of this dangerous facility, and under no circumstances should you consider bringing your children into their negligent care.

Bad!
Terrible service and complete lack of communication
Utterly frustrated with the abysmal service at Denmark Road Surgery. I submitted an urgent request for a doctor's letter via email nearly two months ago, and it remains unsent. I've made countless phone calls, yet the letter is still nowhere to be found. The detrimental effect this has had on my mental well-being is simply indescribable. Truly disheartening.

Bad!
Terrible customer service ruins healthcare experience
Potential for enhancement remains uncertain, as my attempts to schedule have been thwarted by an abysmal phone experience. After enduring a quarter-hour of waiting and being disconnected not once, but twice consecutively, I'm left with the distinct impression that their communication skills are either woefully inadequate or they display a complete disregard for patient needs.
