Poor!
Long wait for registration paperwork processing
The receptionist appeared friendly, however my family and I have experienced a considerable delay in receiving contact to arrange appointments. We submitted all necessary documentation well in advance, so we feel this extended wait should not have occurred. We are uncertain whether the paperwork may have been misplaced. Due to this situation, we have decided to seek care elsewhere.
