Their tone was abrasive, eye contact non-existent, and responses curt to the point of being dismissive. What should have been a straightforward check-in process became an uncomfortable encounter that set a negative tone for the entire experience.

The front desk staff are exceptionally warm, approachable and accommodating. My current physician is truly outstanding, despite the fact that we may never have had a face-to-face consultation. She manages my health concerns effectively by thoroughly examining my medical history and proactively addressing issues - truly exemplary care that exceeds expectations.

Waited over an hour for my appointment before needing to leave and rebook. Waste of time. Also they have stopped offering full travel services and instead direct you to private practices. Not great
