Surgery deregistered patient without consent

Absolutely appalling service. This practice lacks empathy and compassion. They removed a family member from their patient list without obtaining proper consent. Extremely disappointing after many years of loyalty as a patient.

Drive-in flu jab ran smoothly and efficiently

The drive-through vaccination service at the local clinic was excellent. A letter with an allocated arrival time slot was received beforehand, and the entire experience ran smoothly from start to finish. The process was notably quick and well-organised. Very well done to the team involved.

Excellent aftercare support throughout my recovery

From the front desk staff through to the pharmacy, nursing team and clinical staff, this practice has provided excellent service based on my experience. Following a surgical procedure, I required substantial ongoing support and care, which this surgery has consistently delivered to a high standard. The team has been approachable, competent and I would happily suggest this practice to others.
