Unprofessional doctor with terrible bedside manner

The physician I consulted was completely unhelpful. Whenever I raise any inquiries, she becomes defensive and responds with hostility. This is now the third instance where I've experienced her unprofessional behavior, and I directly confronted her about it. A medical professional should fundamentally know how to empathize with and truly listen to their patients.

I am utterly disheartened by the administrative performance at medical Doncaster drive. My recent interaction has been incredibly exasperating and anxiety-inducing due to the incompetence and unprofessional behavior demonstrated by the admin staff (Jackie). As a 60-year-old individual who has never previously sought assistance from the GP service, I am profoundly let down after being referred by my opticians, only to find they were unable to provide any meaningful help. As a patient, I anticipate a fundamental standard of competence and respect, particularly concerning appointment management and patient communication. Regrettably, the administrative team at this practice significantly fails to meet these fundamental expectations. I emphatically recommend that management critically evaluate and enhance their administrative procedures, as the current state of affairs is completely unacceptable. Patients should not be forced to endure unnecessary challenges when attempting to access basic healthcare services due to substandard administration.

The quality of this medical practice has significantly deteriorated. The nursing staff are consistently unhelpful, constantly redirecting patients to physicians for minor concerns. It's bewildering why they continue to communicate with patients through a window when the clinic is now operational. The pandemic is over! Patients are left feeling uncomfortable, exposed to cold and wet conditions while attempting to converse through a glass barrier. Their approach comes across as thoroughly unprofessional and disregarding of patient comfort.

My encounter with the receptionist, Jackie, was deeply unsatisfactory due to her unprofessional demeanor and inaccurate guidance. Upon seeking clarity about my test results after three weeks, she suggested it might take up to a month, which I found entirely unacceptable for a cervical screening. Although the doctors were courteous, Jackie's misinformation and discourteous attitude were sufficient to deter potential patients from this medical facility. There is a critical need for her to enhance her interpersonal communication skills, as front-desk staff like her can significantly damage the practice's overall reputation and patient experience.

Terrible doctor with zero compassion and professionalism

If I could give a rating lower than one star, I absolutely would. Their conduct is completely unacceptable and lacking any semblance of professionalism. Dr. Kwan (or possibly Hwan - I'm uncertain of the exact name) represents the absolute worst example of a medical professional I have ever encountered. She demonstrates zero compassion and shows no basic respect for patients. Someone with such a callous attitude has no business practicing medicine and should not be allowed to treat people.
