The team members were not consistently wearing masks while performing their duties and moving around the practice, including during patient interactions. This created a concerning atmosphere when attending for care. During a brief waiting period, I observed multiple staff members, and only a small number maintained mask-wearing throughout, while others put them on subsequently when encountered again. One individual spoke with me directly without a mask in place. Appointments at this practice tend to run behind schedule as a pattern, and this was evident even with an earlier time slot, suggesting the delays are not simply due to high demand.

Reception staff always greet you with a smile
I'm very, very happy with my GP services - the reception team and doctors are excellent. They always listen to patients and never dismiss concerns. Before, I was registered at a different practice where the approach to treatment was quite limited. At my current practice, the doctors genuinely listen to patients and work to find the most appropriate solutions for each individual situation. My partner is now interested in registering here too, as this practice is among the best! The doctor I see is amazing and has been incredibly helpful with my care. The reception staff are always friendly and courteous. Thank you to everyone - you're all doing a fantastic job!

This GP practice is excellent. The reception team have consistently treated me with courtesy and every clinician I have consulted has been outstanding. Reception staff made booking appointments straightforward
I'm not sure if there have been recent changes to the reception team, but when I called today to arrange a phone consultation and a blood test, the person who answered the phone couldn't have been more courteous and accommodating. They made a real effort to schedule both appointments at times that worked well with my availability. Throughout all my years as a patient at this practice, I have never encountered such smooth and efficient service! Now I not only have an excellent clinician to see when needed, but I also have welcoming reception staff who make booking appointments straightforward and pleasant. Thank you to the practice team. I hope this standard of service continues indefinitely!

Staff handle difficult situations with grace
I'm uncertain how this practice could receive a lower rating, given how well it has managed through the various transitions over time. I don't hold the front desk team responsible if they respond defensively, as they encounter considerable rudeness from patients. Treating others with courtesy and expecting the same in return is a principle we ought to uphold. The entire team here—clinical staff and administrative personnel alike—are exceptional. Receptionist argued with me on the phone
I contacted the practice to arrange appointments for my children. During the call, I found the receptionist's manner to be quite abrupt and argumentative, which made the interaction difficult. The conversation became heated and I ended up disconnecting the call. I was particularly disappointed to learn that this person held a supervisory position. The overall experience has left me very unhappy with the practice, and I am considering finding alternative healthcare elsewhere.
