I just experienced an incredibly peculiar phone conversation with this medical practice. It was a call I anticipated, but not from this specific office. Initially, the conversation felt highly dubious, and when I requested clarification about the purpose of his call, he referenced an incorrect topic and appeared irritated that I wasn't immediately divulging personal information. I promptly terminated the call, only to have him brazenly phone me back immediately afterward. Adding to the strangeness, this interaction occurred at 7:00 PM, well past their stated closing time of 6:30 PM.

Dr. Olatunde deserves to lose his medical license. My spouse encountered login difficulties while attempting to reorder recurring medications on February 27th due to system issues. The receptionist verified the problem and promised to have the prescription authorized by the GP, guaranteeing it would be available for pickup by Thursday at the latest. When my husband visited the pharmacy on Saturday, the prescription was still absent. As an insulin-dependent diabetic with multiple health conditions, he was forced to spend six exhausting hours contacting 111 and various pharmacies to secure an emergency medication supply. This situation is completely unacceptable. As of March 6th, the prescription remains unsigned.

While most GP surgeries have declined in service quality, this practice has set a new low in patient-doctor relationships. From telephone interactions to auxiliary medical services, their primary approach seems to be preventing patients from accessing any care whatsoever. Securing an appointment with a GP is virtually impossible unless you're on the brink of death. I'm uncertain where the blame for this situation lies, but the front desk staff appear to be a prime culprit. The telephone demeanor, during those rare moments you actually reach someone after endless queuing, is shockingly discourteous and dismissive. Moreover, the practice of having non-medically trained receptionists triage medical issues completely contradicts professional standards. Everyone acknowledges the challenges posed by COVID, but that crisis is now diminishing, and primary care should be returning to its pre-pandemic operational levels.
