I'm quite dissatisfied with my experience. My concerns were not properly addressed during the appointment. I was simply told that my results would be forwarded to my usual healthcare provider without any further discussion or explanation.

Reception staff were genuinely helpful and friendly

Excellent service provided by the care centre, much appreciated. One observation though, likely not the centre's responsibility given that the pharmacy and other businesses share the car park, but worth noting nonetheless. For those of you wearing face masks to protect vulnerable family members, both outdoors and in vehicles, it might be worth glancing at the ground during your next visit—I noticed several discarded masks scattered across the car park. If we were truly in the midst of a serious health crisis, one might expect this to be treated as a more significant concern. I'd encourage everyone to enjoy the fresh air rather than recycling their own breath.

Quick appointment and felt properly listened to

I attended an appointment last week and had a wonderful experience. The clinician was lovely and provided excellent care, with my issue resolved very quickly. I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went. I was also grateful that my husband was able to accompany me during the visit. Thank you to the whole team.

Bad!

Couldn't get through on the phone for weeks

I have had difficulty accessing this surgery. My family member has a medical condition requiring ongoing care, and I have been attempting to arrange an appointment for an extended period. When contacting the practice by telephone, I was repeatedly told that a clinician would return my call to schedule a consultation, but these promised callbacks did not materialise.
