Dismissed serious symptoms with basic advice
I experienced severe symptoms including intense head pain on one side and a significantly elevated temperature, during which I nearly lost consciousness. The clinical advice I received was to take over-the-counter pain relief. I found this response inadequate given the severity of my condition. I subsequently required hospital admission following a consultation with the practice.

I've been somewhat frustrated with this practice recently. I recognise that circumstances have been challenging for everyone, but it took three months and multiple phone calls before I could secure an appointment. When I was finally seen, I found the staff manner to be quite abrupt, I was referred elsewhere for further care, and the medication prescribed to me was no longer in standard use. Based on this experience, I feel the practice showed limited concern for my situation.

Appointment times confirmed but still got wrong
I find this practice quite frustrating. I don't visit the doctor frequently, but when I do, I'm often left feeling let down. On a previous occasion, I was directed to an incorrect location, and more recently, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told I should have come at a different time despite having called that morning to verify the correct time. I struggle with disorganisation of this nature. The situation meant I had to leave work early, which resulted in lost income. Overall, I'm disappointed with the service.
